Linkshell Conduct
DiecastMessiah's rules are a general guideline. Please be aware that there is a possibililty that, given a situation, rules are subject to change. Leaders and officers reserve this right only.
* Under no cirumstances are members to have Leaders, officers or other members blacklisted.
While it is understood that as a whole it is nearly impossible to collect a large group of people and not have falling outs, to prevent mishaps and continue to keep events running smoothly..communication is key.
** Any requests, directions and decisions by leaders and officers are to be carried out quickly and without complaint. If a member has a concern, question or suggestion please do so in a proper fashion. I.e Thru posting on the proper forum section or via ingame /tells to leaders/officers after an event.
Impersonating a leader/officer is unexcusable. If someone asks a question involving the function/rules/event times/points Do Not answer them.
No matter the good intentions of a member, if the wrong information is given it can cause reprimandable issues. Likewise, if you have a question please ensure you direct them to a leader/officer. i.e shellholder or anyone with a pearlsack.
*** Slander, sexist, racist, harassing and in general hurtful remarks made in linkshell chat are prohibited. Period. Members who fail to follow this rule will not recieve a warning and simply be removed from the linkshell.
Bickering and disrespectful banter towards one another in linkshell chat channel will result in a one time warning. If it continues all members involved will be removed. Disputes and over all disagreements should be resolved a.s.a.p and kept from public eye.
Childish remarks and/or constantly talking about your bong, being drunk, sex etc are uncalled for and unneeded in the linkshell. Should any member feel the need to continue making them they will be removed.
**** While we promote healthy relationships among members, and good natured chitchat during off hours, linkshell chat channel is to be kept clear during events. This is to ensure that all members are on the same page during an event. Having to sift thru countless aimless amount of babble during them slows reactionary time and runs the risk of missing a direction.
***** Members must meet all requirements before lotting an item.
While DcM leaders/officers will not tell you how to spend your points, lotting must be done with common sense. Do not lot items/gear over members who will put them to more use.
While we are not a purely 'priority' shell, certian items will be considered such. i.e tanking equipment will be linkshell pld based priority lotting. If a member with that priority job does not meet point requiements it will then go to a member with the next job priority. item list and job priority lines will be listed on the forum.
If you have lotted an item without first being told, and asked to pass without doing so in a timely fashion, you will be removed from the group/alliance and no longer welcome to future events.
****** All members are expected to attend all scheduled events while online. Failure to do so will result in a warning, possible point deduction, and finally, removal from the linkshell.
Constantly "Afk'ing" during an event can and will result in an over all point reduction for that event.
While we dont expect all members to use the shell as a full time social, during scheduled events it is required members keep Diecast Messiah equiped.
******* Gil items such as currency, ore, ingots, cloths and other synth materials will be banked to fund future linkshell events. Linkshell bank will be made public to members.
******** Every other week members will have the chance to vote which reserved events they'll want to do for the next two weeks. KS99, Sea Jailers, Sky, Grounds, ZNM's, SNM's or forced Pops. Lotting rules and requirements may differ from event to event. Please be versed and understand how each event works before attempting to lot so there is no confusion.
