Dynamis Rules
First and foremost let us start off by saying that our dynam will use a point based system and silent bidding. Points are to reward those who participate loyally, but promote less point hording to give newer members a reasonable shot at Artifact pieces. Silent bidding to keep a timely schedule and hinder possible bid wars and disputes between members. It is, in our opinion, no one elses buisness what items other members are lotting and how much they are willing to spend on it.
If you aren't willing to work towards a goal then this linkshell probably isn't for you.
Possible points per run are as follows.

.5 - Ontime and inzone at least 10 minutes BEFORE set gather time.
.5 - Less than 50% of the run.
.5 - Completing a zone.
Over all 1.5 points per run.
Bidding - In order to bid on a piece of AF you must send a /tell to the designated officer handling bids at the time. Bids can be made any time before a run, i.e. you can place your bids for the next run after exiting a previous run.
All city and iceland standard AF has a set minimum cost of 3 points while dreamland accessories and -1 pieces have a 5 point minimum cost. Members must also have the corresponding standard AF in order to lot a -1 piece.
Multiple lots can be made for different AF pieces however, the total bid may not exceed a members total points. For example, MemberA has 10 points. He or she may bid 10 points on a single item or 5 points on 2 different items. Members ~may not~ go into the negitive.
The winner of an item will be announced when that item drops, anyone obtaining an AF piece will have their bid deducted from their total points. Member who do not obtain the piece they bid on will not be deducted points.
Drops - Members are under no circumstances to lot any currency, artifact or synth item without first being told to do so by a leader/officer. Lotting on an item and then refusing to pass when asked will result in instant removal from the linkshell. Synthesis items will be allowed to autosort, this is to reduce lot spam and increase player focus.
Any confusion or concerns involving bidding should be brought up with the officer handling bidding for that run via /tell. Any further questions or concerns after that will be delt with by leaders ~after~ the run.
Gather Together - Gather time means exactly that, gather together. This time will be used to take bids, change jobs if needed, and build parties. In other words you are expected to be in zone at the scheduled time awaiting instructions and party invites. Not waiting until the last possible moment to catch an airship.
Please note that there will not be a mule to pass out glasses after we've entered, so again being ontime is imperative.
Continued disregard of the gather time will result in a three strike warning before complete removal from the linkshell.
Items - All members attending runs are responsible for their own items.
This means, but is not limited to..

*Echo Drops
*Reraise hairpin/gorget/earring
*Food
Failure to have reraise at any given time will result in you having accepting the first raise you are given.
Do not harass white mages or scholars for a higher tier raise. ~Do not~ cancel a raise in the hopes of obtaining a higher tier.
Unless otherwise stated, reraise immediately and step back from AoE range.
Removal of statues ailments should/will be done in a timely fashion. Please be mindful of the situation and whether it allows for your mage to take the time to do so. Do not repeatedly demand for blindna/silena/poisona/haste. If you feel your mage has overlooked you, ask politely.
Unwanted Artifact - There is no such thing as 'freelot' in Diecast Messiah. If a piece of Af has dropped that has no bids an announcement will be made over linkshell. From there an open bid will take place. All open bid pieces will minimum cost 1 point. If two members are willing only to spend the minimum they will be asked to lot off. Winner spending 1 point.
Note: if a piece of gear 'accidentally' autosorts to a members inventory it will infact cost that member 1 point. Please be aware of what is in the treasure pool and pass all Artifact you've no intention of spending points for.
Absence - Any unexcused and prolonged absence will result in the removal of members points. Grace period will be four weeks. Should you choose to return to DcM after an extended amount of time, your points will start back at 0.
Any extended absences members are aware of should be posted on the forum in the proper section.
Job listing - 1 to 2 hours Before Gather time a listing of members and their jobs for that evening will be posted on the forum. Do not repeatedly ask what job you are to come as for that run, check the forum.
Note: Jobs are subject to change during gather time given the fact that the forum posting will be an assumption on who will be there.
Jobs are not subject for debate. If you are asked to come a certian class, do so. If you don't want to gear a certian job do not put it on your application. Its that simple.
